Socius Marketing is Tampa Bay’s Second Fastest Growing Company

Socius Marketing is Tampa Bay’s second-fastest growing, privately held company, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50 final rankings announced July 21, 2011.

The rankings were based on the percentage of revenue growth from 2008 to 2010 as audited by CBIZ Kirkland, Russ, Murphy & Tapp, a public accounting firm in Clearwater. Showing 433 percent revenue growth over a two-year period, Socius Marketing also has more than doubled its number of clients and employees and is moving into a larger corporate headquarters this fall.

Socius Marketing is an Internet marketing and search engine optimization firm based in Tampa, Florida. According to company president Chris Behan, the success of Socius is rooted in the fact that companies are hungry to tap into the vast customer base that exists on the Internet. By optimizing clients’ websites to rank well in Google and other search engines, Socius helps companies connect with new customers at the exact moment those customers are searching online for specific products and services.
