Marketing is a fast growing internet marketing firm
that seeks an experienced, highly motivated Web Designer/Web
Developer that can work with our clients and take
the site from concept to completion. If you are an
excellent designer, and can translate your perfect
designs into clean-looking HTML (or PHP) and CSS,
then we need you on our team!
What
We're Looking For:
•
Design talent -- You are good at coming up with clean,
attractive web site designs and design elements.
• Typography -- You have a way with organizing
elements of a page so that even type looks good in
your web designs.
• HTML/CSS talent -- You have the ability to
translate good design into clean and consistent HTML
• Team Player -- You work well as part of a
team, and are willing to take direction, but can be
trusted to get things done on your own.
• Hard Working -- Tenacious in completing assigned
projects
What
you would be doing:
• Be responsible for the design and implementation
of all web sites and other online marketing materials.
(Design – Develop – Maintain)
• Work directly with management team to establish
and execute creative strategies for new customer sites
and customer updates along with our own in-house sites.
• Meet with client (when needed) to capture
their style and concepts
• Incorporate search engine optimization techniques
to optimize search engine performance.
• Be the all around go-to person for in-house
design and html needs.
Qualifications:
•
Extraordinary Designer with an ability to get things
done fast.
• Exceptional typographic sensibilities
• Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS/style sheets
is required. Flash skills a plus but not necessary.
• Excellent knowledge of web-standards and cross-browser
compatibility issues
• Excellent skills using Adobe graphics products
(Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge
and experience.
• Dreamweaver is a must
• 3-6 years experience
• Links to websites you have designed and developed.

sites.
